Ingrediencie
- 100 g ryže
- 350 ml kokosového mlieka
- 4 PL kokosového cukru (alebo iného sladidla)
- 3/4 ČL mletej škorice
- 1 celá škorica
- 1 veľké jablko
Postup
- Ryžu nepreplachujeme a v hrnci ju zalejeme kokosovým mliekom, pridáme kokosový cukor, mletú škoricu a celú škoricu.
- Ryžu varíme na slabšom plameni prikrytú po dobu 15 minút.
- Potom do ryže vmiešame nadrobno nakrájané jablko, premiešame a varíme ešte 5 minút, aby jablká zmäkli. Ak ryža pohltila všetko kokosové mlieko, pridáme ešte trochu mlieka, prípadne vody, aby sme dosiahli krémovú konzistenciu.
- Po 5 minútach ryžu odstavíme a môžeme ju ihneď podávať.
