Ingrediencie
- 800 g kuracích pŕs
- 500 g zelenej špargle
- 1 PL oleja
- 1 veľká červená cibuľa
- 2 mrkvy
- 1,5 hrnčeka quinoy (prípadne iná príloha)
- 3 hrnčeky (750 ml) zeleninového vývaru (prípadne vody + korenie a soľ podľa chuti)
- 1 ČL soli
- 1/2 ČL mletého čierneho korenia
- 2 strúčiky cesnaku
- 1 ČL tymiánu
Postup
- Quinou zalejeme v hrnci so 750 ml vývaru alebo vody a uvaríme ju do mäkka, kým nepohltí všetku tekutinu (približne 15 minút).
- Vo väčšom hrnci si na rozpálenom oleji opražíme polovicu nasekanej červenej cibule.
- Potom pridáme aj na malé kúsky nakrájané kuracie prsia a miešame ich 2 minúty.
- Pridáme na malé kúsky nakrájanú špargľu, nastrúhanú mrkvu a odokryté ho varíme okolo 15 minút.
- Následne do jedla vmiešame aj soľ, prelisovaný cesnak, tymián, čierne korenie, zvyšnú polovicu nasekanej červenej cibule a za občasného miešania ho varíme ešte 5-7 minút.
- Keď je mäso poriadne uvarené, podávame ho spolu s uvarenou quinoou. Môžeme podávať tiež s domácou majonézou či tatárskou omáčkou.
