- 125 g bezlepkovú múku (zmes)
- 150 ml mlieka (môže byť aj bezlaktozové alebo náhrada)
- 1 vajce
- 1 PL masla
- 2 PL kryštálového cukru
- 2 PL oleja
- 1 balíček kypriaceho prášku do pečiva
Postup
- Pri príprave lievancov bez droždia nemusíme absolvovať proces kysnutia cesta, takže celý pracovný postup sa kvázi zjednoduší.
- Do misky si nasypeme kryštálový cukor, pridáme vajíčko, maslo a 150 ml mlieka.
- Suroviny rozmixujeme mixérom, pričom ešte počas mixovania do cesta pomaly pridávajte olej.
- Potom prisypeme múku spolu s kypriacim práškom do pečiva a znovu vymiešame.
- Vznikne nám hustejšie cesto. Pri tomto type receptu je vhodné použiť panvicu určenú priamo na lievance, ktorú zľahka potrieme olejom.
- Lievance opekáme až pokým nechytia krásnu zlatistú farbu. Podávať ich môžeme ľubovôle – s ovocím, džemom, šľahačkou, karamelom… Predstavivosti sa medze naozaj nekladú.
