Ingrediencie
- 700 g zemiakov
- 250 ml bezlaktózová smotana na šľahanie
- 30 g múky (Schär Mix B)
- 50 ml oleja
- 2 l vývaru
- soľ
- mleté čierne korenie
- hrsť sušených húb
- bobkový list
- mletá rasca
- ocot
- čerstvý/sušený kôpor
Postup
- Sušené huby namočíme do teplej vody na približne pol hodinku. Následne ich vyžmýkame a orestujeme v hrnci na oleji (my ich predtým nakrájame na menšie kúsky). Jemne ich osolíme, pridáme korenie, bobkový list, mletú rascu a na kocky nakrájané zemiaky. Celé to zalejeme vývarom a povaríme približne 15 minút. Pokiaľ nemáte k dispozícii čerstvý vývar, tak je možné ho nahradiť aj vývarom z bujónu.
- Do smotany na šľahanie si pridáme múku a poriadne premiešame. Pomaly ju prilievame do polievky za stáleho miešania. Polievku prevaríme a pridáme nasekaný čerstvý kôpor.
- A teraz nasleduje najdôležitejšia časť celého postupu a to dochutenie octom. Do hrnčeka si odoberieme trochu polievky a necháme chvíľku vychladnúť, potom pridáme ocot. Až takúto zmes pridávame priamo do polievky, aby sa nezrazila.
- Kulajdu podávame s vareným alebo ideálne so strateným vajíčkom.
