- 2 šálky petržlenovej vňate bez stoniek
- 1/2 vyšťaveného citróna
- 1/2 šálky repkového oleja (bio DM)
- 1/4 šálky kešu orieškov
- štipka soli
- čierne korenie na dochutenie
- 1 čajová lyžička Ume octu ( nemusí byť )
Petržlenovú vňať opláchneme a natrháme listy, tak aby sme do pesta nedávali stonky. Listy si dáme do nádoby, kde budeme všetko spolu mixovať.
Odšťavíme polku citróna a vylejeme k vňaťke a pomixujeme.
Pridáme olej, kešu, soľ, čierne korenie, ume ocot a znova pomixujeme. Postupnosť mixovanie je na vás, záleží aj od mixéru.
Podľa potreby dochuťte a máte hotovo!
Použiť môžete ako nátierku, pesto na cestoviny, či k inému hlavnému jedlu. Veríme, že Vám bude chutiť!
